Ingredients
- 4 oz Gjetost Cheese (120g)(I use this one - amazon link)
- 3.5 oz Heavy Whipping Cream 100g
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Melt the heavy whipping cream and cheese in a pan on the stove top (low heat!). Add the vanilla and mix.
- Once melted, mix and spoon into molds (any silicone cookie mold).
- Place in the freezer for 30 minutes, then transfer to the refrigerator. Enjoy!
