Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the pork rinds to a food processor and grind until the pork rinds make a fine crumb.
Add the eggs to a large bowl and whisk them until they are lightly beaten.
Add all the remaining ingredients and mix everything well.
Divide the mixture into 6-7 sections. Roll each one into a ball and place it on the baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the carnivore cheese balls are golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve. Enjoy!
