Instructions
Mix feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Greek yogurt in a bowl. Blend them together until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a separate bowl. Add Italian seasoning (or other seasonings. You can also use just salt and black pepper). Mix well.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place small dollops (about 1 teaspoon each) of the cheese mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them far apart from each other.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and crispy. Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving.
