2 tablespoons unflavored Protein Powder (use this protein powder- amazon link)
Instructions
Start by heating a small skillet over medium-low heat. Add a bit of beef tallow or butter and melt.
Meanwhile, in a blender, mix the egg whites and protein powder until the mixture foams a bit.
Pour about a third of the mixture into the preheated skillet and swirl the pan to create an even layer. Cook for a minute and a half, then flip and cook for another minute or two.
Remove the wrap from the heat and repeat with the remaining mixture.
Let the wraps cool for 10 minutes before using them. Enjoy these amazing carnivore diet-friendly egg white wraps!
Notes
Room Temperature Egg WhitesLet your egg whites warm up before you start. Cold whites straight from the fridge need about 30 minutes on the counter to lose their chill. When they’re at room temperature, they blend smoothly with the protein powder, pour evenly, and give you thin, even wraps. Get Your Pan Temperature RightStick to medium-low heat. If the pan is too hot, the wraps darken fast and go crunchy; too cool, and they sit there forever and turn rubbery.Test the heat with a tiny drip of batter: it should cook quietly without browning right away.
