Instructions
Place a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat.
Add the butter and sweetener.
Simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring constantly. The mixture will reduce significantly and thicken.
Remove from the heat and allow 10 minutes to cool. Then transfer to a jar. Let it cool further in the refrigerator before enjoying!
