Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Grease it lightly with melted butter.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Using a mixer, beat the egg whites until foamy.
In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, egg yolks, and salt with a blender until smooth. Gradually add the beaten egg whites to the mixture and fold gently. We want it to be airy and fluffy.
Spoon six portions of the mixture onto the lined baking sheet, shaping them into discs. Or, use a burger silicone mold. Bake for 27-30 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
