Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese - block (I recommend this one - amazon)
  • 8 oz Heavy Cream
  • Optional: 1/3 cup Powdered Sweetener or less

Instructions

  • Add the heavy cream to a large bowl. Whip until stiff peaks form.
  • In another bowl, whip the cream cheese and sweetener (if using) until fluffy.
  • Add one third of the whipped heavy cream and mix well.
  • Fold in the remaining whipped cream and serve.
