Instructions
Start by preheating the oven to 400°F and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Use a 1/4 cup to scoop portions of shredded cheese onto the baking sheet.
Shape each cheese portion into a 4-5 inch circular shape.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until melted and golden brown.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the cheese cool for a few minutes. Use a spatula to lift the shells. Place them onto a rolling pin or a similar object (grease it with a bit of oil first). Allow to cool and then remove.
