If you have regular pork rinds, place them in the food processor and blend (or just use the pork rind crumbs I recommended) . Then, add the cheddar cheese and pulse until everything is combined.
Roll small balls and press them down on the baking sheet.
Place under the broiler and wait until the chips melt and are browned.
Let them cool for 10 minutes (they will firm up). Then, enjoy!
