Start by preheating your oven to 350F (175C). Beat 5 eggs in a bowl until smooth. You can use a hand mixer to speed up the process.
Add the shredded cheese into the mixing bowl. Fold it into the eggs, add salt, and then mix again.
Fill the cupcake baking pan slots (I used a pan with 6) with the batter. Leave a bit of space at the top.
Bake for 18-20 minutes. Then broil for about a minute. After they are done, let them cool for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy these amazing carnivore muffins!
