Instructions
Start by preheating your oven to 450F (230C).Place all the beef bones on a large roasting tray. Cook them in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
Transfer the bones to a large stockpot and fill it with water, covering all the bones. Then, add the vinegar.
Place over high heat and bring the water to a boil. As it starts boiling – reduce the heat so it simmers very lightly.
Cook for 14-16 hours and add extra water if needed.Once ready, let the broth cool and skim any film if it appears on top.
Strain the broth (use cheesecloth) and store it in glass jars in the fridge.
