Instructions
Freeze the mozzarella cheese sticks overnight.
Wrap a slice of bacon around each mozzarella stick. Start at one end and roll the bacon around the cheese stick until you reach the other end. You can secure the bacon with a toothpick if needed.
Melt the beef tallow in a skillet (a cast iron skillet works well). Once the tallow is hot, place the bacon-wrapped cheese sticks in the pan.
Turn the cheese sticks as each side of the bacon gets crispy.
Remove the cheese sticks from the pan and place them on a plate covered with paper towels to absorb any excess grease. Enjoy!
