Your Favorite Seasonings(I recommend using this seasoning – amazon link). Use just salt and pepper for strict carnivore.
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, egg, and seasonings. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
Divide the mixture into 10 portions and form each into a meatball, inserting a cube of cheddar cheese into the center of each. Or, use a tablespoon of shredded cheese.
Wrap each cheese-stuffed meatball with a slice of bacon. You can secure it with a toothpick.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the bacon-wrapped meatballs on a baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes. Then, increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and broil for an additional 5-10 minutes, flipping once, until the bacon is crispy.
