Instructions
Freeze the mozzarella cheese sticks overnight.
Wrap a slice of bacon around each mozzarella stick. Start at one end and roll the bacon around the cheese stick until you reach the other end. Use a toothpick to secure the bacon if needed.
Melt the beef tallow in a skillet (I recommend using a cast iron skillet). Once the tallow is hot, place the bacon-wrapped cheese sticks in the pan.
Turn the cheese sticks as each side of the bacon gets crispy.
Remove the cheese sticks from the pan and place them on a plate covered with paper towels to absorb the excess grease. Enjoy!
