Instructions
Prepare the bacon:
Cut bacon into small pieces and fry in a pan or bake in the oven at 400°F until crispy. Set aside on paper towels to drain.
Cook the eggs:
Boil water in a pan. Add eggs, cover, and cook for 7 minutes.
Cool the eggs:
Put cooked eggs in cold water for 5 minutes. Then, peel the eggs and put in a serving bowl.
Mix the base:
Add sour cream, mustard, salt, and pepper to the eggs. Mash everything together.
Finish and serve:
Mix in the crispy bacon pieces. Serve and enjoy!
