Instructions
Cut the cream cheese into 6 equal sticks. Then, freeze for at least 3 hours.
Mix crushed pork rinds with garlic powder (if using) on a plate. Roll each cream cheese block in this mixture to coat all sides.
Carefully wrap each coated cream cheese block with 2-3 slices of bacon, ensuring to cover all sides.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place the bacon wrapped cream cheese blocks in the skillet. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side, or until the bacon is crispy and golden brown all around.
Remove from the skillet, let it cool for 5 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
