Instructions
Start by placing the butter and cream cheese into a bowl. Use an electric mixer to combine them thoroughly. Fold in the crumbled bacon.
Add in the eggs and blend until well combined.
Divide the mixture into the muffin pan (use one with 12 cavities) and bake at 350°F for 22-25 minutes. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean.
Remove from the oven and allow the muffins to cool for 5 minutes in the pan.
Transfer the muffins to a wire rack and allow them to cool for an additional 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy your cheese bacon muffins!
