Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble into small pieces. Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Beat 5 eggs in a bowl until smooth.
Add the shredded cheese into the mixing bowl. Fold it into the eggs, add salt, and then mix again.
Fill the cupcake baking pan (6 slots) with the egg-cheese mixture, – leave about 1/4 inch space at the top. Sprinkle the crumbled crispy bacon evenly over each muffin.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, then broil for about a minute to get a golden top and ensure the bacon is extra crispy.
Let them cool for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
