1/2teaspoon Garlic Powder (optional – omit for strict carnivore)
1/2teaspoon dried Parsley (optional – omit for strict carnivore)
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1 Egg (large)
1tablespoon Water
Instructions
In a shallow bowl, combine the crushed pork rinds and seasonings.
In another bowl, whisk the egg with water until frothy.
Remove the skin from the salmon fillets and cut them into 1 1/2 to 2-inch cubes.
Dip each salmon cube into the egg wash, then coat it thoroughly with the pork rind mixture.
Place the coated salmon cubes into the air fryer basket (in a single layer. Air fry in batches if needed). Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until the coating is crispy and the salmon is cooked through. Serve and enjoy your crispy air-fried salmon bites!
