Instructions
Whisk the eggs and combine them with the Parmesan cheese / Cheddar in a medium bowl. Whisk together until well combined.
Preheat the waffle iron and grease it with butter or ghee.
Make the waffles according to your waffle maker’s instructions. To prevent sticking, grease with butter between each batch.
Allow the waffles to cool for at least 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
