Place a large pan over medium heat. Add butter. Once hot, add the minced garlic and saute for 1 minute.
Add the baby spinach leaves. Mix them well, and then cover the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Then, add the Parmesan cheese, Mozzarella cheese, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.Continue mixing until the cheese melts completely. Simmer for 2-3 additional minutes (to allow the sauce to thicken).
Remove from the heat and allow the keto creamed spinach cool for at least 10 minutes. Then, you can serve.
