Instructions
Pat the shrimp dry using paper towels.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the shrimp. The marinade should have a thick consistency at this point.
Coat the shrimp evenly with the marinade and let them marinate for at least 1 hour.
Air FryingPreheat the air fryer to 370°F (188°C). Brush the air fryer basket with oil to prevent sticking. Place the marinated shrimp in the basket in a single layer. Air fry the shrimp for 5-6 minutes or until they are cooked through and slightly crispy.SkilletMelt beef tallow or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once the fat is hot, place the marinated shrimp in the skillet. Cook the shrimp for about 1 minute on each side or until they turn pink and are cooked through.
