Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, ricotta cheese, and melted butter together until smooth.
Add the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir just until combined into a thick batter.
Pour the batter into the pan and smooth the top flat. Bake for 50 minutes. The top should be golden and firm.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 20 minutes, then lift it out. Wait until it is completely cool and then slice. Enjoy.
