Instructions
Start by preheating the oven to 350°F and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the meat , salt, and seasonings in a bowl.
Slice the cheese into 8 cubes and divide the meat into 8 portions.
Form a ball from each portion and make a well in the center. Insert the cheese inside and press the meat around to cover it completely.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let the meatballs to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
