Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a 8x4 loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt the mozzarella and cream cheese together (about 90 seconds), then stir until smooth.
Add the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and eggs to the cheese mixture. Then, knead with wet hands until a solid dough forms.
Press the dough evenly into the loaf pan, smoothing the top.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until deep golden brown.
