Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a baking dish (I used a 8×8-inch one) with melted butter or cooking spray.
Place the chicken breasts in the dish, then season them with salt and pepper.
In a mixing bowl- whisk together the parmesan cheese, mayo, garlic powder, and Italian seasonings until well combined.
Add the mayo mixture over the chicken in dollops. Then, use a spatula and spread it. Then cover the chicken completely.
Bake for 23-25 minutes – until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Then, remove from the oven and let the chicken cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
