Instructions
Add all the ingredients, except the lemon zest, to a large microwave-safe mug.
Use a small whisk to mix everything until well combined and the mixture is smooth.
Stir in the lemon zest (I also recommend adding more zest on top of the cake for garnishing).
Cook in the microwave for 1 minute and 45 seconds. Then, remove it from the microwave. Add sugar free chocolate chips on top and serve.
Keep in mind – my microwave is 1000 watts. If your microwave is different, adjust the time accordingly.
