Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a large bowl.
Mix well until well combined.
Fill a mug with the batter- make sure to leave plenty of room because this cake expands a lot.
Microwave on high for about 2 minutes. The best way to test if it’s ready is to insert a toothpick in the center and see if it comes out dry.
Make the topping by melting the white chocolate chips in the microwave in a small bowl. Spread over the mug cake and enjoy!
