Place the butter in the food processor with the sweetener. Pulse for 10 seconds. Then add the dry ingredients and blend until the dough forms- it will be crumbly.
Take the dough and form a ball. Place it between 2 pieces of parchment paper and use a rolling pin to roll it thin.
Remove the top layer of parchment paper. Use a pizza cutter to cut the dough into crackers- about 2 to 2.5 inches. Use a fork to prick the tops.
Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until browned. Let them cool for 30 minutes, then enjoy. (They will be very soft when coming out of the oven.)
