Keto Everything Bagel Bacon & Mozzarella Bread

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a standard loaf pan (8X4) with parchment paper.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt the mozzarella and cream cheese together (about 80-90 seconds), then stir until smooth & uniform.
Add the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and eggs to the cheese mixture. knead until a solid dough forms.
Fold in half of the chopped bacon and 1 tablespoon of the seasoning into the dough.
Press the dough evenly into the loaf pan, smoothing the top with a wet spoon.
press the remaining bacon and seasoning onto the crust.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until deep golden brown. Don't forget to let it cool completely on a rack before slicing. That's it, enjoy!
