- 1 cup Cooked Ham diced
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded – I recommend this one (amazon)
- 8 Eggs large
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9 or 8-inch pie pan.
- Combine the diced ham and cheddar cheese and place them in the pie pan.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and combine them with the heavy cream and seasonings. Then pour the egg mixture over the meat-cheese mixture in the pie pan.
- Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden brown. Let it cool for 10-20 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
