Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients except for 1/2 cup of pork panko (set it aside in a shallow bowl) . Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into 1 to 2 inch sausage balls.
Roll each sausage ball in the remaining 1/2 cup of pork panko that was set aside.
Place the coated sausage balls on the lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
