Keto Creamy Cauliflower & Bacon Casserole

Easy keto cauliflower bacon casserole with melted cheese and sour cream. Only 6 ingredients, ready in 45 minutes. Perfect low-carb comfort food!

Instructions
Start by preheating the oven to 400°F.
Wash the cauliflower and break it into florets. Then, boil them for 3-5 minutes and drain well.
Add them to a baking dish (I used an 8×8 one). Then, add the sour cream and half of the shredded cheese. Mix well to coat everything.
Lightly cook the bacon in a pan with the chopped onion. Add on top of the cauliflower. Top with the herbs and the remaining shredded cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
