Instructions
Prepare the dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the coconut flour, almond flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix well until evenly combined.
Mix wet ingredients and combine: In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Using a hand mixer, beat for 2-3 minutes until well combined.Add the eggs and mix well. Gradually add the flour mixture, mixing until a cohesive dough forms.
Add chocolate chips: Fold in the sugar free chocolate chips using your hands until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Shape and slice: Form the dough into a ball and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press it down to create a flat disc (resembling a pizza shape). Using a pizza cutter or knife, score the dough into wedges.
