Instructions
Prep and mix:
Preheat oven to 370°F (188°C). In a large bowl, combine almond flour and powdered keto sweetener. Mix well.
Make dough:
Separate eggs (save yolks for later). Add the egg whites to the flour mixture. Knead until dough forms.
Shape cookies:
Roll dough into small balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet. Press down to flatten and use a fork to create decorative holes.
Brush and bake:
Whisk the reserved egg yolks and brush over cookies. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Cool and enjoy:
Let cookies cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before serving.
