Instructions
First, prepare a thin omelet with the egg (fried on butter) and let it cool. Then cut both the smoked salmon and cooled omelet into small bite sized pieces.
In a medium bowl – fold the salmon and omelet pieces into the softened cream cheese until well combined.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour to allow the flavors to develop.
