2 1/2 tablespoons Heavy Cream
1 1/2 tablespoons Collagen (these are good - amazon link)
Optional: whipped cream
Instructions
I recommend pouring the ice water into your blender canister first. Adding the liquid before the dry ingredients prevents the protein powder from getting stuck to the bottom or sides.
Toss in the egg white protein, collagen, yolks, and heavy cream. Pulse or blend on high just until the mixture is frothy.
This has the best texture right after blending while it’s still ice-cold, so pour it into a glass and enjoy right away. Serve with whipped cream on top.
