Place the salmon fillets in the dish, and pour the marinade over them using a spoon. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
After marinating, heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it sizzles.
Place the salmon in the skillet, skin-side down. Cook for about 4 minutes until the bottom is golden and crispy.
