Instructions
In a mixing bowl, mix the parmesan, cottage cheese, and one egg.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the mixture, shaping it into fries.
Preheat the oven to 400F. Then, place the tray and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cut the baked mixture in half.
Serve with sour cream and enjoy!
