Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
In a blender, mix the egg yolks and heavy cream (also add the vanilla extract if using) for a few seconds until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a medium-sized bowl or individual ramekins.
Place the bowl or ramekins in a larger baking dish. Fill the baking dish with about an inch of water, creating a water bath around the creme brulee mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-45 minutes. If using small ramekins, the baking time may be shorter, so keep an eye on them to avoid overcooking. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving. Enjoy your delicious creme brulee!
