Instructions
Place a skillet over medium-high heat. Add and brown the ground beef.
Add the cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and salt to the browned beef and mix well.
Pour in beef broth or water (how much depends on your desired consistency). Stir the mixture and allow it simmer for a few minutes.
(Optional) Crack an egg into the chili.
Serve the chili hot, topped with generous amounts of grated smoked Gouda cheese.
