Sea Scallops
(450g)

cloves
Minced Garlic

Butter

Heavy Cream

White Wine

Instructions
Start by preheating the air fryer to 400F (200C). Then, rinse the scallops and gently dry them.
Season with salt + pepper. Then, place them in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes, flipping them halfway through (so they will cook evenly).
Place a small saucepan over medium heat. Melt the butter, and then add garlic. Cook for a minute.
Whisk in the heavy cream and stir. The mixture should thicken. Then, add lemon juice, white wine, and salt.
Pour the sauce over the scallops and serve.
