Instructions
Rinse the gizzards in cold water.
Place the turkey gizzards in an aluminum tray and add 2.5 cups of water. Then, add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cumin to taste.
Cover the tray well with aluminum foil. Make it as tight as you can.
Cook in the oven for 3.5 hours at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180C). Done!
Optional: Fry the gizzards on a hot pan with butter for a few minutes.
