These pumpkin fat bombs are very easy to make. You will need:

8 oz (225g) Cream Cheese 

1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree

1/4 cup Coconut Oil 

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1/2 cup Unflavoured Protein Isolate

1/3 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener

2 tablespoons Coconut Flour

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

1/2 cup Chopped Pecans

1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger

1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon Xanthan Gum 

1 pinch of Ground Cloves

1 pinch of Salt

🎃 How To Make Pumpkin Fat Bombs 

Step 1

Beat cream cheese and pumpkin puree in a mixing bowl until the mixture is smooth.

Add coconut oil and vanilla extract. Mix until you have a consistent mixture.

Take a different mixing bowl, and mix protein powder, sweetener, coconut flour, spices, xanthan gum, and salt together.

Add the dry ingredients to the cream cheese mixture gradually, while mixing on a slow setting.

Cover with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for 1.5 hours.
