1 Cup (100g) Coconut Flakes (unsweetened) – make sure the coconut flakes you are buying are indeed unsweetened. Some brands add lots of sugar to their flakes.

1/3 Cup (45g) Pecans (chopped) – raw, not roasted.

1/3 Cup (45g) Walnuts (chopped) – raw, not roasted.

1 1/4 tablespoon (15g) Butter (unsalted)

2/3 Cup (100g) Low Carb Chocolate Chips – Make sure the keto-friendly chocolate chips you are buying are indeed low carb. Read the label carefully.

4 tablespoons (55g) Coconut Oil

1/3 Cup (55g) Confectioners Swerve Sweetener

🍪 How To Make Magic Keto Cookies

Here is how you can easily make the best keto magic cookies at home:

Step 1

Start by preheating your oven to 350F (175C).

Whisk the egg yolks, melted coconut oil, and butter in a medium sized bowl.

Step 2

Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything together with a rubber spatula. Make sure to mix and combine everything thoroughly.

Step 3

Once the batter forms, place it in the fridge for 45 minutes so it can set.

Step 4

Use a cookie scooper (or just your hands if you don’t have one) to make 10-12 balls of cookie dough. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 5

Bake for about 10 minutes or until they become golden brown. Let them cool for at least 20 minutes. And.. that’s it! Enjoy these tasty and crispy magic keto cookies.
