If you can’t find or don’t like Gorgonzola, any other blue cheese also works well.

If you want to add a smokey flavor to your sandwich, then adding smoked paprika is a great way to do so.

Make sure to buy and use naturally smoked paprika as it is less processed and more flavorful. Smoked salt can be used instead.
