👨‍🍳 White Chocolate Keto Brownies Ingredients

2 cups (220g) Almond Flour – For this recipe, you need super-fine almond flour. I recommend this flour (amazon paid link).

1/2 cup (110g) melted Butter

1/2 cup (90g) Low Carb White Chocolate Chips –I recommend these sugar free chocolate (amazon paid link) chips. They are excellent – I use them in many of my recipes.

1/3 cup (65g) Brown Monk Fruit/Allulose Sweetener

1/2 cup (70g) Macadamia Nuts (roasted)

1/4 (30g) cup Powdered Monk Fruit or Allulose – I use this sweetener (amazon paid link).

1 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder

1 1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

2 eggs

⭐ How To Make Keto White Chocolate Brownies

Step 1

Start by preheating your oven to 325F (160C).

Then, add the eggs, butter, sweetener, and vanilla to a mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer to blend the ingredients together.

Step 2

Take another bowl, and add the almond flour and baking powder, whisking them until well mixed.

Step 3

Combine the dry and wet ingredients together. Avoid over mixing- it will result in a tough texture.

Then, fold in the low-carb chocolate chips and macadamia nuts (you can skip the nuts – I tried both versions – with and without them).

Step 4

Line an 8 x 8 baking dish with parchment paper. Add batter, and spread it using a spatula.

Step 5

Bake for about 25 minutes. You can use the well-known old toothpick trick to see if it’s done; if the toothpick comes out clean, it’s ready.

Allow it to cool down, and then slice.

Enjoy these tasty keto white chocolate brownies!
