To make these keto white chocolate bars you will need:

  • 3.1oz (90g) Oragnic Cacao Butter – make sure it’s 100% cocao butter, without any additives. Cut into small cubes.
  • 1/4 cup (45g) Allulose 
  • 1/2 cup  (60g) Heavy Cream Powder / Milk powder 
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 1/4 tablespoons Coconut Oil

🍫 Making Low Carb White Chocolate Bar 

Here is how you can make the best keto white chocolate bar:

Step 1

Place the sweetener and milk powder or heavy cream powder in a blender. Blend until the mixture is a fine powder.

Step 2

Place the cacao butter and coconut oil in a bowl over a pan filled with 1.5″ of hot water.

Simmer on low heat until everything is melted. This is the best method to melt the ingredients without them burning or changing their taste.

Step 3

Now, remove the bowl from the pan and heat. Add Allulose, vanilla, and milk powder to the pan and start mixing until smooth.

At first, the mixture will be pretty thick – but don’t worry. Keep mixing and the consistency will change and be perfect.

Step 4

Pour the mixture into chocolate bar silicone molds. You can also use other silicone molds – there are so many cool ones out there.

Step 5

Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Then, remove the keto white chocolate bar and enjoy!
