  • 3 1/2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup Green Chiles (diced)
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon Cumin
  • 3/4 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 3 cups Shredded Chicken

Once it starts boiling, lower the heat (to medium) and simmer for about 35 minutes.
