Cauliflower Rice

I added cauliflower rice to this low carb turkey soup to add texture and flavor. It’s a great way to sneak in extra vegetables.

Cauliflower rice is a great keto-friendly alternative to regular rice. Many people eat it as a side dish, but you can also add it to soups, and in my opinion- this combination is incredible!

Shredded Cooked Turkey Meat

I added shredded dark turkey meat, which I had on hand from a roast turkey I had made a few days earlier.

I like this keto creamy turkey soup recipe so much because you can make it anytime you have leftover meat, whether it’s chicken, turkey, or even beef.

In my opinion turkey meat is the perfect addition to this soup, but all of these would work great.

Chicken Stock

You can use turkey stock instead, but keep in mind the flavor will be more intense.

Crumbled Bacon

A few years ago I heard that adding crumbled bacon to soups can be really delicious, so I decided to try it out in this keto turkey soup. The results were amazing! The soup was so much more flavorful.
